Refund policy

Holmdel Footwear Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us at Holmdel Footwear. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of receiving your order for assistance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Eligibility and Process:

  1. Requesting a Return: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in their original, unworn condition with tags intact and returned in the original packaging.
  2. How to Start a Return: Contact our Customer Service Team orders@holmdelfootwear.net or by phone to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must be clearly marked on the outside of your return package. Returns that have not been pre approved or without an RAN will not be accepted.
  3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are generally responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases of defective merchandise or errors on our part.

Restocking Fees:

  • A restocking fee of 20% may apply to standard stock orders.
  • For drop-ship orders, a restocking fee of 25% or more may be applied.

Exceptions/Non Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-made, special-order, and personalized items
  • Final Sale items (clearly noted on product pages as "non-returnable" or "final sale")
  • Personal items, such as underwear, bras, and hygiene products
  • Clearance or closeout items

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. Report any damage, defect, or wrong item immediately to our Customer Service Team to address the issue promptly. This must be done within 14 days of receiving your order. Any damages to freight must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@holmdelfootwear.net.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
